  • Led business development and account management as account lead for major automotive OEM clients, building executive relationships that turned client challenges into new engagements.
  • Secured multi-million-dollar new project revenue on a North American manufacturing rollout by identifying overseas rollout risk early, mobilizing a Japan–US–India rapid-response team and resolving client concerns over global delivery and governance.
  • Won a $5.5M+ global data platform transformation by integrating the proposal across five hubs (Japan, India, US, EU, Australia) and partnering with the CIO on requirements, risk areas and future-state data governance.
  • Captured $2.2M in annual revenue from a new client, a European automotive manufacturer: mobilized offshore consultants within 24 hours for root-cause analysis, proposed a supplemental operating model that was accepted, and negotiated acceptable exceptions to stringent liability clauses with the client's global legal team.
  • Led the Japan-side PMO for Coca-Cola Bottlers Japan's global cloud migration and FinOps program across the US, Japan and India, managing progress, risks, KPIs and cost optimization; weekly reporting to US HQ and Japan executives was recognized for clarity and actionability.
  • Acted as de facto engagement manager for two years, supervising a 5-member multinational team and owning management finance reporting, financial controls, financial modeling, and P/L and GOP management.
  • Architected the deal shaping for an export-sales legacy modernization at a major automotive OEM, defining capability gaps and an SAP-enabled future direction, and contributing to the initial SAP transformation PoC that founded a multi-year program.
  • Won an on-the-spot contract award for a major Japanese airline's integration platform renewal after a vendor withdrawal, by assembling a Japan/Singapore/Philippines team to demonstrate technical depth.
  • Introduced AI-enabled transformation themes (GenAI-enabled root-cause detection, knowledge search, SAP operations automation) in cross-functional workshops and opportunity shaping, applying proprietary AI accelerators and consulting frameworks to clarify value drivers.

About

Where business, technology and cultures meet

I'm a transformation and program manager based in Chicago. For more than four years I've helped global organizations in automotive, manufacturing, consumer goods, aviation and chemicals turn complex business and technology change into programs that deliver.

My work sits at the start and the center of transformation: shaping the deal, defining the problem, setting up PMO and TMO governance, and keeping executives aligned as programs move from planning to execution. I've led that work across Japan, North America, Europe and APAC, with teams in Japan, India, the US and Europe.

Much of what I do is translation, between business and IT, between headquarters and local teams, and between English and Japanese. I run bilingual executive meetings, facilitate cross-functional workshops, and build reporting that leaders on both sides of the Pacific can act on.

I bring data-driven governance and AI-enabled ways of working to every program, from AI-assisted analysis and reporting to client workshops on generative AI and SAP-enabled use cases.

I'm most interested in enterprise transformation, strategic operations, governance, organizational effectiveness and large-scale program leadership in global environments.
